Client DetailsPage Group are working with a growing manufacturing and technology business in Sheffield who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager. This is an opportunity for someone to step up into their first manager role or an experienced Customer ServiceManager. The role will be hands on but will also have the opportunity to implement all new procedures within the department and then grow a team over timeDescription
  • Be the interface between customers and internal departments
  • Implement and improve all operating procedures across the customer service area
  • Manage all customer returns
  • Report operational failures to drive improvement and increased customer satisfaction
  • Provide support and advice around product information
  • Manage customers from order processing through to dispatch and delivery
  • Work collaboratively with all departments including purchasing, sales, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics
  • Manage all customer issues in a timely and professional manor
