Customer Service Agent- Coop Legal Services (Estate Planning)Temporary to Permanent role (3 month temp) £10.00 Per Hour37.5 Hours Per week, Monday- Friday 9-5 Office based- SheffieldActing on behalf of my client Coop Legal Services, I am recruiting a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity within their Estate Planning departmentJob RoleYou will be speaking to new and existing customers to Coop Legal Services and assisting them with their query. You will also be responsible for updating system with the correct information.Youll be responsible for

  • Interacting with Customers on the phone and email
  • Interacting with colleagues and internal teams
  • Providing a great Customer experience every time
  • Keeping and updating accurate records of calls in line with regulatory requirements
As an ideal candidate for this opportunity, youll have:
