Job Description

Customer Service ExecutiveSalary: £19.500 per yearHours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week between 6am - 11pm (on a rota basis)Location: Sheffield city centreWe are seeking experienced customer service executives to join our client, a leading business in Sheffield. Our client is a forward thinking and supportive organisation which offers great opportunities for personal advancement and career progression.The role will be varied and fast-paced and will include various aspects of customer service via inbound calls, webchat and email. You will enjoy working in a fast-moving environment and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.The position is offered on a temporary basis initially, with the opportunity for a permanent offer upon successful completion of your first 3 months.Person Specification
