You will provide world class customer service over the phone. You will deal with multipleback-office systems and liaise with our suppliers. If you like solving problems, then this could be the role for you.

  • Place and support customers with orders whilst liaising with suppliers
  • Handling inbound calls to maintain & add value to our current client base
  • Promoting the full range of products & services available on every call
  • Being proactive and updating the customer to talk them through outcomes and solutions

  • An in depth understanding of telephone and broadband(Copper/Fibre/All IP)
  • Have experience of placing and supporting customers with PSTN orders
  • Have experience of handling customer orders in a previous role, but the most important aspect is that you have a real passion and confidence to take control of customer situations.
  • Enjoy working in a fun, social, vibrant team environment.
  • Is a logical problem solver that is flexible in their methods used to resolve customer problems.
  • Have excellent people skills and have great empathy with customers.
