Job Description

Customer Service Advisor Contract: 6 months Location: Sheffield hybrid role Pay: PAYE pay rate: £86.54 p/dUmbrella pay rate: £115.58 p/d No Sales Do you have a passion for customer service Do you have excellent communication skills Would you like to work Monday-Friday We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Sheffield team. This role will be based on an initial 6-monthfixed term contract starting in January 2023. You will be provided with full training and have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sheffield office! Previous experience with pensions is not required.Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Experience of working within a customer service focused role with direct customer contact either face to face or via telephone.
  • Excellent customer experience skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • A pro-active approach with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
  • Good understanding of Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Delivering excellent customer service, you will have the opportunity to help customers get ready for retirement and provide them with continuous support during the retirement process. You will have the chance to help people at one of the most vulnerabletimes in their lives.
  • Updating personal information with a high attention to detail.
  • Processing requests for written information to be sent to our members.
  • Providing actuate information from our knowledge database.
  • Helping people accurately complete documentation.
  • Explaining our processes and setting correct expectations.
We work smartly in a hybrid environment requiring you to be in the office at least 2 days week which supports your on-going development and training needs.
