Job Description

Customer Service/sales admin required for an immediate start based in the Sheffield (S9) area on a temporary to permanent basis!This position is working Monday to Friday, 9am4:30pm (no weekend work) with the pay starting at £10.00/ hour.Please note you must be able to communicate in Urdu for this role.Job duties to include:

  • Call handling and order processing across customers from the UK and Europe
  • Communicating special offers with customers and informing them of any out of stock items
  • Updating and processing sales orders
  • Up selling items
  • Dealing with previous customers and reviving the accounts
  • General admin duties such as filling, printing & scanning
  • Ensuring all date input into the system is accurate and kept up to date
  • You will be working with Sage
  • Any other duties that see fit
