The JobTheyre looking to recruit a Customer Advisor who will be responsible for providing the very best telephone and online support to our clients across the UK to help make their journey and experience with our client portal 1st class.
  • Contacting an existing client base to discuss their service, add value and maintain relationships all with a view to reduce attrition
  • Identify client need and find solutions using listening skills and rapport
  • Over turn clients who no longer wish to continue with the service
  • Work with existing clients to support new business growth
  • Contact past client base with a view of providing services to them again.
  • Focus is on client experience
What theyre looking forA confident individual who is quick-thinking, adaptable and resilient. Someone who will be be enthusiastic, driven and customer focused. Excellent communications skills, (especially on the phone) the ability to learn quickly and attention to detail are amust.If you have customer service, client retention or sales experience - perfect.
