As part of our Customer Retentions Team. You will be our first port of call for customers who may be cancelling their phone and broadband contracts, and look to ensure these businesses are fully aware of the advantages of using XLN as their provider.The Role:Salary:£21,000-£25,000 per annum plus monthly uncapped commissions (OTE - £40k+). There is potential to earn £1500+ per month in commission, some our Sales & Retentions Advisors are earning much more than this!

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls with existing cancelling customers, ensuring the development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships
  • Use of sales and customer relationship techniques to save lost customers, whilst handling warm leads and identifying opportunities to capitalise on maximum retention
  • Understand and keep abreast of competition, products, pricing and markets for voice and data solutions
  • Provide day to day account management of allocated customers, updating customer records and providing accurate saved accounts (tracker)
  • Assist other departments in resolving customer issues to help retain client when escalated from the Customer Support Team or other departments; including billing queries, serious fault calls and general account questions
  • Resolving queries within industry/department lead timescale
