Job Description

Customer Experience Team MemberLocation: SheffieldSalary:£23,965 - £25,410 + bonus + benefits (depending on experience)Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommendingyour favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the CustomerExperience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
