Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skills and looking for a new challenge If the answer is YES, the team at Jepson & Co could have the ideal role for you.Jepson & Co are currently recruiting for a Full Time Customer Care Advisor to join the team based in Sheffield working 36.5 hours per week.What will I be responsible forJoining our team as a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting external and internal customers in the day to day process of placing orders, dealing with any queries and ensuring the correct interpretation of their needs, in a positiveand effective manner consistent with the values of the organisation.The departments performance is of great importance and highlights the level of service we are offering. The sales department is the heart of the business and essentially, we are the voice of the customer.Who are we looking forAs our Customer Care Advisor, you will have proven experience working within a similar customer service role along with the following:

  • English grade C or above
  • Polite, positive, proactive, and tactful personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good IT based knowledge
