Customer Service AdvisorLocation - SheffieldDepartment - MortgagesIf you love talking to people and putting customers at the heart of every task, you could be right for Lloyds Banking Group.Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group for a customer service advisor in their mortgage division, with a pay rate of £10.60.While working with Lloydss customers youll display excellent listening skills, the ability to resolve problems and a knack for developing product knowledge.But above all else, as a customer service advisor youll have a real interest in engaging in conversations, building relationships and listening to others.THE ROLE:Customer service advisor6-month contract, with follow-up roles for the strongest candidates35 hours a week8 Hour ShiftsMaximum of 5 out of 6 days (over a Mon-Sat weekly period)Based in Furnival Road, SheffieldKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer incoming calls from stakeholders such as current Lloyds Banking Group mortgage customers and solicitorsUpdate callers on anything from statements, personal details, payments or payment schedulesAct as a brand ambassador while working as a customer service advisorProvide a smooth and easy-to-follow process for all callersListen to any concerns and handle complaintsREQUIRED SKILLS:Communication skillsTelephone mannerListeningEmpathy and understandingTeamworkIT abilitiesAdministrative skillsCustomer service advisor experience would be a benefit, but not essentialA passion for peopleWHATS IN IT FOR YOU:Follow-up roles for candidates with the requisite skillsFull training provided by trainers with a track record in mortgage servicingFree parking on site (subject to change)Kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwaveSmart-casual dress codeIf you are successful you will be required to pass a credit and criminality check.
