Crime and Regulatory SolicitorSheffieldQED Legal are working with a well-known practice in Sheffield who are looking for a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor to join their growing team.The team, based out of central Sheffield, is small but deals with excellent quality work dealing with a broad range of misconduct and regulatory matters including health and safety executive matters, environment agency, general pharmaceutical council, trading standards, high value fraud, inquests, road traffic offences and related regulatory due diligence.The ideal candidate will be around NQ-5 years qualified with experience in dealing with the above matters at either a regional or national practice. Those who have worked in a general crime firm with genuine regulatory non-legal aid experience would be encouraged to apply as would those perhaps not qualified but with strong experience of dealing with regulatory matters.This role would be perfect for those crime lawyers who don’t wish to join the prosecution side of criminal work, but want the stability and security of a private paying crime role with regular regulatory work.The firm act for a number of household names, blue chip clients as well as regional brands and SME’s.Salary is competitive + benefits.If you are interested in hearing more about this role please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED Legal for a confidential chat.
