Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Director - Creative Production Agency to join the team.Location: Sheffield with Hybrid Working (Anticipated Office based 2-3 days per week)Salary: £45,000 Basic + Additional PackageAbout The Company:Our client is a rapidly growing and innovative Creative Agency with offices across Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and London who are now looking to hire a creative specialist to be based from the Sheffield Office to create innovative and compelling content.The organisation has a deep expertise of narrative design for various forms of media and takes an innovative approach to motion design, visual effects and digital experiences. Currently turning over c.£12M and employing over 130 people, the business has ambitiousplans in place to grow further.Creative DirectorThe Role:As Creative Director, you will be responsible for running an in-house production company and managing a small team (3 FTE). You will be working in an innovative environment and have multiple touch points across the business including Product, Marketing andOperational teams. Your focus will be on developing the inhouse production offering and capabilities and you will be actively encouraged to contribute to an ambitious and proactive team.Creative DirectorKey Responsibilities:- Own the design, look and feel of branding, products and services across the business- Run the department on a day-to-day basis as well as take ownership of longer-term strategic projects- Manage a small team of designers and technicians (including projects and workflows)- Drive innovation and develop a culture of excellence around the use of techniques and technology- Developing creative briefs and content ideas etc.- Arrange locations, equipment, casting, props etc for shootsCreative Director You:- You must have prior experience of working in a creative role within a media/creative agency or production-based organisation- Have an ability to multitask, engage with multiple stakeholders and adopt innovative and outside of the box thinking- Be able to interact with customers as required and be able to drive multiple projects from conception through to delivery- It would be desirable if you had prior experience of managing teamsCreative DirectorBenefits:- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays- Life Assurance- Company Profit related bonus- Pension- Additional Employee benefits- Ride to work schemeTo submit your CV for this exciting Creative Director opportunity, please click Apply now!
