Job Description

Are you a seasoned M&A or Corporate Finance Professional seeking a new challenge Shorts Chartered Accountants invites you to join their esteemed team as they look to grow.Shorts Chartered Accountants are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager / Director to join their dynamic corporate finance team, renowned for delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. With a focus on continued growthand excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career. This role would also be ideal for an existing Manager/Senior manager looking to step up to Senior Manager/DirectorKey Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mandates.
  • Facilitate fundraising activities and capital raising initiatives for clients.
  • Financial Due Diligence assignements for acquisitive clients or funders.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to support client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the firms reputation .
  • Help to drive the growth of the department, being actively involved in networking and business development activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
  • Qualified accountant.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, Financial Due Diligence and fundraising activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
