Are you a Paralegal with Corporate and Commercial Law experience looking for a new role If so, keep on reading as we are working with a highly regarded firm who are looking to add a paralegal to their Legal 500 recommended Corporate Commercial divisionin Sheffield.Joining the well-established team, your duties could include collating due diligence information and replying to pre-contract enquiries, drafting reports to clients in relation to due diligence information supplied, assembling disclosure bundles, preparingreplies to Lenders Conditions Precedent, post-completion work, including registering charges and debentures at Companies House and paying Stamp Duty to HMRC, drafting ancillary documents (e.g. Board Minutes, Shareholder Resolutions and Letters of Resignation),preparing applications to the Care Quality Commission in relation to changes of ownership at dental practices and liaising with clients.You will have the opportunity to provide an effective range of legal services to clients in Sheffield and across the UK. This role would suit someone with exposure to both Company and Commercial, who is looking to develop and progress within a firm. Youwill have excellent client communication skills and will be able to work effectively with other people.
