Role: Residential Conveyancing Fee EarnerLocation: Chesterfield or SheffieldSalary Range: £25,000 - £40,000I am currently recruiting on behalf of an established law firm based in both Sheffield and Chesterfield that are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join either office, ideally starting mid-late Feb. The firm would also consider applications fromcandidates with longer notice periods. The firm are looking for a Conveyancer who is able to run a caseload of traditional conveyancing matters. The caseload is a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, right to buy and remortages. The successful candidate is expected to run approximately80-100 matters. This role is supported by 1 very experienced residential conveyancing assistant.The following Skills will be demonstrated by the suitable Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner: * Handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property * Extensive client contact * Strong technical ability and experience in conveyance * Solid understanding of referrer relationships * Ability to maintain strong referrer relationships without compromising independence and client care There is car parking included with this role.If this role interests you and you would like further information, please contact Rob Addy on or apply online today.
