Job Description

Contracts Manager - DoncasterBasic salary £25,000 + commission Benefits6am - 3pmOur client has a well-known brand within the Industrial Recruitment market. They have an established network that enables them to bid for large contacts and they work with numerous clients up and down the country.They have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to work from their Sheffield premises looking after a major client and a few smaller accounts. This is a key role within the organisation and is a hands-on role that will require a Contract Manager/Consultant who will become involved in every aspect of the day to day running of the accounts.You will supply a wide range of staff from an industrial background. The role will include recruitment, performance, and attendance management, ensuring service level agreements are adhered to and that Key Performance Indicators are consistently achieved.The ideal candidate• Will have a background in either in house recruitment or volume temp recruitment within a recruitment consultancy. This is an essential requirement.• Communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels are paramount.• Must be a highly motivated self-starter, who is able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.• Experience in interviewing is essential.• The role will involve dealing with general queries from sickness through to disciplinary procedures, so requires an all-round knowledge of HR and recruitment issues.• You will be a car driver - essential• Flexibility essential.Basic salary circa £25,000 + CommissionApply in confidence Required skills
