Contact Centre Team Leader required for expanding business in Sheffield. If you have previous Team Leader experience from within a Call Centre / Contact Centre environment then this could be a fantastic opportunity in which to join a company to develop andestablish your career.Managing a team of c 15 agents through coaching, call monitoring and performance planning. Using reports to drive performance and identify focus areas. Meeting and managing Client expectations. Energising your team to achieve high levels of motivation.
