A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading wealth planning firm with offices across the UK and beyond as a T&C and Compliance Officer.You would join a mover and shaker’ within the financial services world and be pivotal in ensuring that the Financial Advisory force are giving exceptional levels of advice and care to a long standing loyal client base.Key accountabilities are as follows:- Maintaining adviser record in relation to their development and T&C- Assisting board members with Adviser supervision, new joiners as well as existing team members.- Analysing advisers’ performance against their KPIs and providing feedback and coaching where necessary.- Identifying any issues and training needs with financial advisers and putting into place a plan for remedial action and coaching.- Conducting file reviews to assess suitability of advice against client attitude to risk and fact find information provided.- Handling FCA enquiries and assisting with FCA reporting working closely and collaboratively with management.- Ad hoc project work in relation to compliance and training.To be considered for the role you will Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, CeMAP would also be advantageous. Alongside this you will have experience and enjoy working in a compliance and T&C environment. Exceptional communications skills are a must as is the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and the financial planners within the business.
