Communications and Marketing ManagerSalary range £37,346.17 to £45,730.84Directorate CorporateLocation Sheffield, Newcastle or home based in the north Midlands, Yorkshire or North East (with a willingness to travel regularly within this region).Hours Full time 37.5 hoursContract type PermanentAbout the roleAs part of the NHS Supply Chain set-up, Collaborative Procurement Partnership has been at the heart of the national response to COVID-19.We’ve ensured hospitals have received the vital supplies and equipment they’ve needed to save lives and reduce the number of Coronavirus cases.We are seeking a confident, energetic and creative communications professional, with proven experience of delivering effective communications and engagement, to help tell our story.You will have a track record of being able to identify newsworthy stories/events from staff and external partners and deciding how it should be shared with internal and external audiences.As an experienced creator of communications and marketing content, you will be used to producing engaging copy for a range of different platforms and publications both online and offline - including e-newsletters, brochures, leaflets, videos and exhibition materials.This will be backed up by experience of editing publications, managing editorial schedules and working with suppliers including photographers, designers and digital agencies.You will be able to demonstrate the ability to create effective staff engagement campaigns or programmes of activity, as well as bring organisational values to life.The ideal candidate will also be confident using content management systems and social media platforms and understand how to measure the performance of content.So, if you are an autonomous, dynamic communicator with a natural affinity for communications and marketing we would love to hear from you.Applicants are advised to read all the information in this advert and the supporting information before completing and submitting your application.
