Communications ConsultantSheffield S2 5SY£30k-£40kHybrid working (Can be remote, occasional meet ups in the office required); 23 days holiday + banks (Rises by 2 days every 2 years); Excellent career development opportunities; City centre design agency; Delivering communications consulting and production ofproducts to a high standard.Working as part of a well established creative team, the Communications Consultant will be responsible for:- Establish a clear brief from the client for the Design Team, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible solution and service for the client within the agreed budget- Proactively support colleagues to provide consulting and production expertise for agreed projects, as well as recommendations for clients for effective solutions and opportunities for account growth- Set up client projects and quotes on our project management system (Streamtime), develop production schedules for the client and secure resources to deliver effectively- Analyse profitable performance of consulting and production of products adhering to Sparks systems and controls- Build strong relationships internally with Capita Pensions departments, in particular Pensions Administration, other Practices and Tech to deliver excellent standardsThe Communications Specialist should come with some or all; of the following:- Experience working in a similar role- Excellent attention to detail- Work collaboratively with the Sparks team to develop proposition opportunities- Champion/Identify process improvements and continually seek smarter ways of working, promoting project management best practice- Excellent organisational and communication skillsThe Communications Specialist will be joining a long standing agency with a specialism in pensions and professional services.
