Job Description

We are looking for a talented, motivated, and client-focused Commercial Property Solicitor for our client who is a well-established leading firm of Solicitors based in Sheffield. They are a forward-thinking organisation and one of the leading law firms inSouth Yorkshire well known for delivering excellent levels of client care.The Commercial Property department acts for a wide range of local and national clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property transactions.Commercial Property Solicitor Benefits:

  • Salary: up to 55k DOE
  • Hours: Full Time
  • Location: Sheffield - possibility of Hybrid working
  • Holiday - 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays. In addition to this, the Company also provides one extra days holiday at Christmas. This full time holiday entitlement increases to 28 days after 5 years completed service

Commercial Property Solicitor Criteria:
  • Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling commercial property work including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.
  • Applicants should ideally have 1 - 2 years PQE (applications from newly qualified candidates will be welcome subject to experience) and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care and excellent communicationskills.
  • This role is an integral role within a vastly experienced, specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload.
