With offices throughout the UK, this full-service firm is currently recruiting a skilled Commercial and Property Litigation Chartered Legal Executive to join their expert Commercial and Property Litigation team based in their modern Sheffield office.Such opportunities dont come along often, and this is without a doubt a stellar one. Headed by a notable Partner, this attuned team has a great structure and dynamic and is thriving in the current market with an impressive year over year turnover. Having identified a need, they are seeking a Chartered Legal Executive with 2-3 years PQE, however there is flexibility here and with a holistic approach to an ideal candidate, aside from your love for the law and technical aptitude, if you have outstanding interpersonal skills, are clear and confident with clients and colleagues alike, and a great listener with an entrepreneurial spirit then you will be of great interest.With a good mix of commercial litigation matters, mainly contract disputes and property litigation such as easements and rights of way, there is plenty of high value quality work available and you will be encouraged to play to your legal strengths that consequently complement the whole team. You will also work closely with a diverse range of clients from individuals, SMEs and larger commercial clients, allowing you to build on your experience and career trajectory.
