The Role:Axon Moore is partnered with an established and highly reputable manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit for a commercial Finance Manager to join their business. This role would be ideally suited to an individual looking to communicate across the widerbusiness, with a truly strategic mindset and ability to provide financial insight to the employees.This is an excellent role for a business minded finance professional looking to enhance their career and lead this business through a time of ongoing growth. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role offers the unique opportunity to grow with this businessand play a pivotal role in growth & development for a salary of £60,000.Applicants who are part qualified, fully qualified or QBE with commercial finance management, or finance business partner experience are encouraged to apply for this role.The Responsibilities: - Presenting proposals and financial data to senior and executive members of staff / stakeholders. - Drive financial performance throughout the company. - Take ownership of financial analysis for relevant business areas.- Provide financial insight to the wider business.- Identify operational factors which will drive improvement throughout the business. - Collaborate with internal stakeholder to identify how company budget can best support growthambitions.- Work to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of planning and forecasting processes.- Take accountability of financial KPI’s, finance deliverables and financial projects.The successful candidate will: - Be fully qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or extensively QBE. - Have previous experience in a commercial finance manager or finance business partner role.- Have advanced excel skills which have been applied to financial modelling and analysis. - Strong interpersonal skills and experience of communicating / relationship building withstakeholders.- Be looking for a hands-on role and opportunity to get truly involved as a senior employee in a company’s approachable team.- Have a desire to fully integrate with a company and interact with the business.
