Elevation Recruitment are working with a precision engineering business based in Sheffield to recruit a brand new Automated Machining Cell Operator, due to implementing new machinery. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled programmer, setterand operator to join a progressive business who is the first choice for high-performance alloys and components. Working hours:* Monday - Friday AM & PM shift pattern* AM: 6am - 2pm* PM: Monday-Wednesday 2pm - 11pm, Thursday 2pm - 10:30pm, Friday 2pm - 6pmDuties:* Programming & setting of Twin-Spindle, Multi-Axis CNC Mill-Turn machines and automated robot cells* Work with the Engineering Team to evaluate and implement tooling* Maintain quality of products* Maintain housekeeping standards at all timesSkills & Experience:* Experience of advanced machining processes, such as 5-axis, and twin-spindle machines* Background in a low to medium production environment, ideally within precision engineering* Experience on Mitutoyo CMM is advantageous* Excellent communication skills and attention to detailElevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on manufacturing positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
