Job Description

Are you a dedicated individual with a keen interest in production and machinery operation We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Operative to join our team. As a CNC Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, assisting with weldingmachine operation and ensuring top-notch quality.CNC Operative Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of welding machines that spot weld mesh materials.
  • Use of hand grinders to refine and finish welded components as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to quality control standards, paying close attention to detail to ensure the highest quality products.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Rotate between day and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in training and skill development opportunities provided by the company.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the production process by carrying out tasks efficiently and accurately.
Suitable CNC Operatives will have:
  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Familiarity with operating semi-automated machinery
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles is beneficial, possibly gained through an apprenticeship or similar training.
  • Good attention to detail and quality adherence skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions closely.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days and afternoons.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols.
CNC Operative working hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating shifts
  • 0600 -1400
  • 1400-2200
