Job Description

Cloud/Digital Accountant, Regional Firm of AccountantsThe RoleA highly innovative, modern accountancy firm have experienced a significant level of growth and are now ready to invest in the next appointment of a Cloud/Digital Accountant.The firm provide their clients with a wide range of accounting solutions, including outsourced finance, management accounting, digital bookkeeping, budget and forecasting, digital company accounts, personal and corporate tax, utilising the very latest technology.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe role of Cloud/Digital Accountant will provide support to one of the firms Directors, duties will include:

  • The preparation Management Accounting
  • Preparation of Company Statutory Accounts
  • Experienced user of Xero software
  • Support clients on a variety of accounting software, including cloud accounting products
  • Review work produced by more junior staff
  • Ability to support and train junior staff members
The business are looking for someone who is happy to office based as they will bye part of the firms management team, helping support the team on a day to day basis, however the firm do offer flexible working to help with the work life balance.Skills and QualitiesThe successful applicant must have developed a minimum of 5 years experience working within the accountancy profession and will be qualified ACCA or ACCA, applications from individuals who have developed suitable experience but have decided not to pursueformal studies are also encouraged.Salary/Benefits
