We are recruiting a Coordinator to work in our reputable and growing Client Services (CSM) team, helping to provide exceptional levels of business support to a highly prestigious group of clients. We believe that our differences make us stronger.About the team: The Client Services department looks after client accounts on both a regional and global scale, acting as a single point-of-contact between the client and the practice teams. The team has overall responsibility for buildingand maintaining successful client relationships, as well as ensuring compliance with client SLAs and quality of services.About the role: The Coordinator on the Client Services Team will support the wider team of Client Service Managers and Senior/Client Service Advisors with multi-jurisdictional client enquiries including preparing templates and drafting presentations.Other key responsibilities will include:
