Job Description

As part of our growth plans, Credit Style are looking are looking to strengthen our client services team. Based from offices, just north of Sheffield City Centre, we are part of the Bristow & Sutor Group - specialising in debt recovery throughout the UK.Working closely with the Client Services Manager, you will provide support in the day-to-day running of the administration function and possibly the accounts and banking operations too.Key elements of the role will include:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone, email and through our in-house systems
  • Data entry and processing of correspondence from customers
  • Preparing documents and progressing customer accounts on our IT systems
  • Assisting in report preparation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager workload in their absence
  • To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate:
  • Good IT skills, in particular Excel
  • Problem solving skills, able to look for solutions without having to ask
  • Motivation to learn and adapt your skills
  • An analytical mindset - able to understand complex issues and identify issues/opportunities
  • Clear communication capabilities - both written and verbal
  • This a full-time permanent role based in Sheffield (S3 postcode area)Initially you will be based from home, however the role will require you working from the company offices in the near future.Closing date for applications - 23rd August 2020 Required skills
