Their clients include an extensivelist of market leading insurance brokers in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.Role overview:As a trained Claims Handler, you will provide a call answering service and comprehensive claims handling from notification through to settlement to all customers and clients. To ensure work undertaken is conducted in a manner that meets the client, businessand regulatory requirements.Provide call answering service and manage claims from notification to settlement for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle client queries, investigate and validate claims, instruct agents, and facilitate payments. Foster relationshipswith stakeholders.
