Hi All,Fusion People are currently looking for 4 Handyman operatives / Maintenance operatives to work with one of our nationwide Tier 1 clients.Contract type - TemporaryDuration - 3 months (continuous work on other sites)Tickets Needed - CSCS card (preferably skilled card)Tickets Desirable - PASMA/MEWP/IPASF and fall arrest trainedexperience - Previous caretaker worksLocation - Sheffield S1Working hours - 40 hours per week (potential to work additional hours)Start time - 0800AM (8 hour day)Salary - £11.00ph PAYE / Umbrella £14.46 / CIS N/ABrief description of what my client is looking for -Health & Safety Awareness is a must, be competent on a tablet, plumbing, M & EExperience with dealing with Stat PPM, Weekly Bell Tests, Tap Temps, LightingDesirable but not essential -City & Guilds (Level 2-3 ) Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing and FabricGeneral role -Undertake general maintenance works, including furniture building and furniture removals, grounds and site clearance, and keeping areas clean and tidy generally.
