Residential Care Home Manager - Older People / Dementia - Immediate Start AvailableCommutable from Sheffield, Hathersage, Rotherham, Stocksbridge, Dronfield & surrounding areasSalary £45,000 to £50,000 (negotiable on experience)Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager for Older People local to Sheffield looking for an exciting new opportunity If so, I have the perfect role for you. I am working in partnership with a small but well respected care provider who offer residential care to older people. The provider operates a portfolio of care homes within South Yorkshire and has recently appointed a new senior team to improve the standards within their care homes.This service is small to medium in size and provides residential care for older people and dementia (no nursing). You will have the support of a Deputy Manager along with along with a loyal staff team. As the Registered Residential Care Home Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively to increase occupancy. You will drive the business forward making the home a happy environment for both residents and staff whilst ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
