We are a progressive market leader in SaaS with a wealth of expertise in CMMS / Enterprise Asset Management Software. We need a Business Development Manager with a proven track record to come on board and help us with the next phase of our journey! Targetingmanufacturing, OEMS across food, engineering, industrial and capital equipment.BASIC SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000BENEFITS:· Commission c£35,000 (uncapped) - Paid Monthly· 25 days holiday, · £600 p/m Car Allowance, · Private Healthcare, · Life Insurance, · Pension contributionsLOCATION:Home Based - ideally MidlandsCOMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: With national UK travel you will ideally be centrally based with good access to major cities: Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Leicester, Cambridge, London, Nottingham, Swindon, Gloucester, Peterborough, Derby, Sheffield,Leeds, ManchesterJOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager, Strategic Account Manager, SAAS Sales Manager - Software, SaaS, CRM, Document ManagerWorking closely with the Head of New Sales, your key purpose as our Business Development Manager is to identify, approach, and convert target accounts (predominately manufacturing businesses). Understanding the clients potential pain points and becoming a knowledgeexpert offering the best solution.In addition, you will be: · Focussed on new business overseeing onboarding then passing on to Key Account Manager (after 12 months). · Generating leads via traditional routes with some support from the Marketing team (5000 data records purchased to support). · Actioning monthly, quarterly and annual meetings with all key decision makers (Operations Directors, Engineering Directors, Managing Directors) · Dealing with order values ranging from £5,000 to full systems at £500,000, with an average order value of £15,000 to £100,000. · Targeted on c£300,000-£500,000pa - will be determined by experience. · Working to lead times varying from 6 months to 12 months depending on the complexity. · Willing to travel throughout the UK.REQUIREMENTS: Business Development Manager, Strategic Account Manager, SAAS Sales Manager - Software, SaaS, CRM, Document ManagerTo be successful in becoming our new Business Development Manager you will be ambitious and driven which is demonstrated through identifying and winning new business then blossoming the relationship to grow the account. As a proactive professional by nature,you will be able to convey complex messages in a simplified manner, enthusing and engaging others.It is essential that you: · Are a proven sales professional with a SaaS / Software based product. · Have sold direct to end users within either manufacturing, food production, distribution, logistics or healthcare (hospitals) and Facilities Management. · Enjoy the hunt for new business and are driven by the rewards winning that business generates.THE COMPANY:A well-established front runner within asset management software with over 35 years of experience in CMMS our software is used by household brand names to ensure operational cohesion. 60% of our customers never had a CMMS system before coming to us.
