Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working with a growing business to recruit a Business Development Executive to drive the acquisition of new clients business to business, both over the phone and in person. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a key time in trading to win new business and develop client relationships.THE JOB:The job has 2 main focuses:Managing existing clients to maximise sales and build relationships for future and increased businessTargeting new prospect clients via business development activities both over the phone and face to face.Duties will include:

  • Using proactive outbound calling to both new and existing clients to identify and evaluate opportunities
  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales
  • Generate new leads and business opportunities in each market sector
  • Carry out regular visits and video calls to existing and potential new customers
  • Build key relationships to ensure loyalty, repeat business and a long term productive working relationship
  • Build tailored product and service packages for each customer to suit their needs
  • Work towards set KPIs and sales targets
  • Ensure effective maintenance and use of the CRM system as a sales tool
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times
  • Actively market the brand through use of social media and other supported marketing channels
  • THE PERSON:To be successful in your application you need to be able to demonstrate success in sales and new business development positions.Were looking for a proven background and strong commercial awareness. Success in relationship management and building is vital, as is the ability to work as part of a team but also independently, prioritising your own work.You will need to be a clear and effective communicator, able to negotiate.
