Our tech teams work remote first whilst meeting up for the important things (sprint planning, retros and collaboration)Role Intro: With our brand growing at an increasingly fast rate across the UK and Europe, were embarking on a company-wide technology transformation and currently seek an experienced business analyst to join us on the next phase of ourjourney.What will you be doingWorking closely with our CTO, CPO and Principal Architect, youll be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities as we continue ahead with our technology transformation.Key responsibilities:

• Work with the development and product team & project manager to find optimal technical solutions - pragmatism is key!
• Work with the development and product team to maintain the requirements roadmap and backlogs
• Work with the clinical teams to understand the clinical risk of change
• Analyse existing processes and technical implementations and make recommendations as part of our company wide transformation.
• Create user stories with appropriate technical detail and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements
• Engage with the wider group of stakeholders to understand the core business and the drivers
• Maintain an awareness of interdependencies between workstreams & teams
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies

Who are youWere looking for someone who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck-in; someone who learns quickly; loves a challenge; who loves a job thats never the same one day to the next.With significant experience working closely with technology teams and writing stories with a technical bias, it is expected that you will offer:

• Experience in leading agile ceremonies
• Significant experience in modelling existing and "to be" processes and solutions
• Practical experience of BDD
• Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A tenacious approach to understanding the finest detail of how everything works. No stone should be left unturned!
