Job Description

An established education recruitment agency that recruits teachers and teaching assistants across both Primary and Secondary schools in England. They are looking to appoint a Branch Manager or a Business Development / Sales Manager to head up their establishedSheffield Office. They have over 50 Branches across the UK and they place teachers, teaching assistants, SEND specialists, early years, one-to-one tuition staff, and intervention specialists.The offer:

  • Salary £30-£45k plus commission
  • Looking for either a Branch Manager or a Business Development / Sales Manager, ideally with Education Recruitment experience.
  • The annual full-time holiday offering is 25 days plus Bank Holidays (to be taken term time)
  • Working hours shift on rotation 3/2 7-4.15pm or 9.15-6.30pm
  • Work 4 days in the office and 1 day remote - (throughout August work 3 days in the office and 2 at home)
  • Private Healthcare

The Role
  • Managing their Sheffield Branch.
  • Currently a team of 8 Recruitment Consultants
  • Ideally have Education Recruitment experience (not essential)
  • Must be driven, able to lead & motivate a team.Hands on recruitment role, must be able to lead from the front
  • Highly sales orientated, fast paced work environment
  • Work closely with the consultants to hit branch incentives and to maximise earnings
About You
  • Management / Team Leader experience within Recruitment; preferably with an Education background
  • Would maybe look at a Senior that is looking for that step up into a BM role
  • Must be Driven and able to Lead a team
  • Be Hands on within the role, managing the team and the division
  • Be flexible to work the shift patterns
