Job Description

This role is for a Bid Writer for a well-established construction firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality bids and proposals, focusing on the companys strategy and business goals.Client DetailsOur client is a prominent figure in the construction sector, boasting a significant workforce.   • Develop and write compelling bids and proposals in line with the companys business objectives.
  • Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to all deadlines.
  • Work closely with the sales and other relevant teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Understand and respond to the needs of potential clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report on the success rate of bids.
  • Actively contribute to the companys strategic planning and business development activities.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and changes in the market.
  • Maintain a record of all bids, including feedback and outcomes, for future reference.
ProfileA successful Bid Writer should have:
  • A strong educational background, preferably in a related field.
  • Exceptional writing skills with an ability to produce clear and persuasive proposals.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
