Job Description

Elevation Recruitment- Marketing division are thrilled to be partnering with one of the UKS most forward-thinking technology companys - part of a global operation. My client is looking for BID writer to join their team on a permanent basis.BID WriterRemote Working - 3 offices based in Sheffield, Manchester and London£56,400pa + up to £12,000 bonusWithin this role you will be responsible for various aspects that will focus on optimising the companys profile through high-quality tender submissions, solely within the public sector. The role would suit a well organised individual, with the ability to workunder pressure and capable of multi-tasking.Roles and Responsibilities:* Produce accurate bids based on the companys services and partner led solutions. * Create and execute plans for tender projects. * Supply leadership with relevant research and market intelligence information, guide relevant strategy and pricing proposals and contribute to meetings involving leadership and management. * Gather and interpret technical data from several internal departments and produce these into persuasive and readable texts to offer bespoke solutions to clients. * Help and assist internal departments to create detailed e literature in order to portray the strengths and accurate information regarding the business.* Create company literature that conveys relevant legal legislation, guidelines, and policies. * Perform market research to compare company performance as well as reports on goals and KPIs for individual teams and leadership.* Create and manage a reference library.* Responsible for updating the CRM system.* Take minutes at tender steering meetings and ensure records are accurate and are kept up to date.Essentials and Desirables:*5+ years experience of Bid Writing.*Demonstrate a strong background within the Public Sector.*Confident and collaborative.*Excellent written skills with the ability to write creatively, concisely, and persuasively.*Excellent experience using a CRM system.
