Job Description

Join CC33 as a Outbound Team Leader earning £21,000-£24,000 per annum (Dependant on experience). We are looking for confident people who pride themselves in offering a high standard of customer service and sales with a passion for making a difference!What you’ll do:

  • 40 Hours Full Time (Monday-Friday)
  • Work to SLA’s
  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Deliver team briefs
  • Conduct Appraisals
  • Conduct 1-2-1’s on performance
  • Lead by example
    • About you:
  • Have experience in leading a team in a highly targeted environment with a success of revenue growth.
  • Able to listen and ask questions to understand people’s needs.
  • Have a can-do attitude, and looks for self-development.
  • Enjoys problem solving.
  • Brilliant listening skills.
  • Ability to emphasis and understand.
  • A healthy streak of ambition in sales.
  • A passion for sales.
  • Experience within customer service and sales.
