Job Description

Role: Assistant PlannerLocation: SheffieldSalary: £25000-£35000My client is an independent planning and environmental consultancy that delivers a wide range of planning solutions to their clients across the country. Our client has a wide range of services that include, Sire search & selection, Land negotiation & Acquisition,Planning Due Diligence, and Indicative Layouts. Due to a healthy workload are now on the lookout for an Assistant Planner to join the office in Sheffield.Essential Criteria for an Assistant Planner:

  • MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters in relation to Town Planning.
  • 1-2 years exposure in either public or private sector.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Strong numerical and report writing skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of an Assistant Planner:
  • Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
  • Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
  • Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
