Job Description

Assistant Store Manager | Fashion | Up to £28,000 + bonus + generous holidays Zachary Daniels has a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Manager role with a highly successful retailer who are currently thriving and looking to develop new Store Managers from within. We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager who will be fasttracked to become a Store Manager in the business. As an Assistant Manager you will be ambitious, have a strong background in fashion or related retail industries, want to develop and succeed.As our clients new Assistant Manager, you will have the customer journey at the heart of everything you do, you will take pride in your store appearance and ensure the visuals are on appoint all day. Our client operates in a high stock environment so theability to deliver service at pace is essential, alongside this you will be comfortable in an operationally heavy store.Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Have the ambition to become a high performing Store Manager
  • Able to work in a fashion environment where the visuals are consistent
  • Experience of managing a large operational store
  • Background in fashion or clothing stores preferred
  • Customer centric; ensure the team interact with customers at all times
  • Make commercial decisions that benefit the store
  • Drive the performance of the management staff
  • Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
  • Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
