Weare evolving as a business and are adding some exciting new brands and concepts to our venues and digital offering.By joining an office-based or operational function with us, youll instantly be part of a high-performing and inclusive culture, which works closely to support our Customer-facing teams.Job DescriptionAs the Assistant Facilities Manager (Internal title: Assistant Facilities & Workplace Services Manager), youll report into UK Head of Facilities and Workplace Services. You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all facilities quotations resulting from service visits, etc.
  • Setting up and reviewing weekly budget reports, using information gathered through the week on the online system, for both operating companies.
  • Liaising with Internal Health & Safety Department on outstanding actions, Internal Development Department on Projects and with Internal Property Department.
  • Setting up quarterly and annual facilities reports, using information gathered through the online system, for both operating companies.
  • Attending contractor review meetings along with the UK Head of Facilities & Workplace Services on a daily, weekly & Monthly Basis
  • Carrying out research into alternative contractors/ways of working available in the industry using external consultants as and when required.
  • Assisting clubs with escalated emergency/urgent issues.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts across the Rank Group.
  • Assisting the UK Head of Facilities & Workplace Services in maintaining the properties at a level appropriate to their required operational use and to comply with all current statutory legislation.
  • Assisting the UK Head of Facilities & Workplace Services with the implementation of a rolling five year Planned Maintenance Programme and advise on maintenance priorities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • IOSH/NEBOSH
  • Member of IWFM / Qualified to Level 3/4
  • Understanding and experience of hard services & corporate facilities management.
  • Some travel nationally to our offices and retail venues.
