Job Description

Our client is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their established award winning multi-disciplinary Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team on large scale projectswithin the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student accommodation and Retail sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects covering different project values and sizes. Student Residential experience is an advantage for the successful Architectural Technologist. Our client are receptive with their search so Architectual Technologist of all levels are welcome to apply.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architectural Technologist, to join an employee focussed company who offer fantastic career progression opportunities. The most successful Architectural Technologist should have a good knowledge of Revit.Architectural Technologist Position Overview

  • Keep within budgetary requirements
  • Occasional site visits
  • Design/ work on projects within a variety of sectors
  • Develop designs into working drawings
  • Coordinate tender and construction design packages
  • Submission of planning / building regs
  • Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
  • Produce Technical details
  • Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
  • Work as part of a team small design/technical team
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
  • Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Motivated individual
  • Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
  • Previous experience on residential / student accommodation projects is an advantage
  • 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
  • Good technical standard
Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
