Job Description

Are you looking to make a change in Adults life Here is an exciting opportunity for you to work as Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding services.We are looking for a Safeguarding Social workerThe rate of pay would be up to £30per hour.Responsibilities of this role:

  • To screen referrals, move cases through the system to the most appropriate team or person in the organisation and provide oversight and professional support to providers and partner agency colleagues
  • To work within the framework provided by statute, guidance, policies and procedures.
  • To undertake safeguarding investigations and attend strategy meetings and MDT meetings to progress enquiries as necessary
  • Must be autonomous worker with sound knowledge of Care Act 2014 and all relevant legislation relating to adults with care or support needs and their carers
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to£250 for Qualified Social Workers, Terms applyRequirements of the role:
  • Social Work England registered
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in safeguarding
  • Good knowledge of Care Act and Safeguarding principles
  • Must hold a UK driving license
