Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent organisation, communication, administration and Microsoft Office skills is required to join a well-established health consultancy company.SALARY: £20,572 per annum pro rataLOCATION: Sheffield, South Yorkshire - Office Based positionJOB TYPE: Full-Time, 3 Month Fixed Term ContractWORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, 37.5 hours per weekJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent organisation, communication, administration and Microsoft Office skills.Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for the scanning of clinical and historical documentation and saving via appropriate holding folders.As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will maintain index of boxes that are accessed for scanning, as well as sort and scan hard copy files to electronic images, ensuring a quality outcome.DUTIESYour duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant are:
