The CompanyBrewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a part time (10 hours) Administrator within a Charity organisation based in Sheffield.The RoleThis is a key part of the charities set up; ensuring of the smooth running of administrative and practical tasks. You will also act as the main point of contact for any incoming queries, as well as documenting health and safety aspects, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.You will also conduct data entry across several departments, manage and process all DBS checks, manage all hirers and room bookings, supporting the church treasurer with any ad hoc tasks.The CandidateYou possess good computer literacy, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office, as well as being very interpersonal and be able to possess the ability to build relationships easily.You will be very comfortable with working independently, and will be able to prioritise your work in line with objectives.Having an understanding of GDPR would be advantageous.The BenefitsThis is a very flexible and caring employer, who are willing to ensure their staff are well looked after.
