Acid Etch TechnicianElevations Skilled Shop Floor Team are working in partnership with a worldwide leader in design and manufacturing of precision components within the medical industry.They currently have a number of shop floor vacancies including; Finishing Operatives, Grinders, Inspectors, CNC Machinists, Shot blasters, laser markers, Acid Etch Technicians offering various shift patterns.We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience or the desire to work in the following role:Acid Etch TechnicianHourly Rate: £11.99 p/h + 17% Shift Allowance (£14.02 p/h)Shifts: 3 shift pattern (mornings, afters, nights)Overtime: Time & half after 37.5 hoursContract: PermanentBenefits: Generous holiday allowance, excellent pension scheme, quarterly bonusOverview of the role:* To submerge forgings in chemicals and carry out Acid Etch * To perform chemical changes* Responsible for calculating chemical changes* Be health & safety conscious and follow guidelinesExperience:* Must have a strong chemical background* Experience of working with Acid Chemicals and be aware of the health and safety of usage* Must have a strong knowledge of COSHH* Must be able to wear full PPE including rubber suit & air fed respiratory maskIf you want to discuss the positions in more detail, please contact Nicola Jackson at Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
