Customer focussed, passionate about service delivery and keen to support across the wide range of topics, this team keeps the organisation running. St John requires Subject MatterExperts (SME) who can support all of our St John people - our employees, volunteers and their line managers, as well as suppliers.   • Experience of working in a customer service environment and can demonstrate experience and understanding of your area of expertise
  • Proven track record of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Good IT skills across standard MS Office applications
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and under direction from line manager
About The Role:
  • Handles complex and advanced level queries and administrative processes within subject area of expertise
  • Works within defined processes, liaising with operational teams as appropriate, to deliver effective and efficient administrative support
  • Own agreed processes within area of subject expertise, working with My Support Service leadership and the relevant operational
  • Participate in projects and on multi-functional teams providing advice and contribution in relation to the activities of the team
