This award-winning creative agency develop multi-disciplined campaigns and branding projects for some fab clients to help them to achieve more.They are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to join their small team based in Sheffield. Please note, this is not a Senior AM role! We’re looking for a couple of years’ experience and you’ll be given the opportunity to grow and progress with the business.If you have experience as an Agency Account Executive and you’re ready for your next move, or an Account Manager wanting to move to a smaller team and have more freedom then this could be the role for you!This really is a great opportunity to work for an agency who genuinely love the challenges that their clients set them and the continuing challenge to always be better.As Account Manager you’ll work directly with the Account Director and creative team and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief.You’ll be responsible for the pro-active project management of brand creation, packaging design, campaign creative, social media and digital advertising and content. This will include planning and managing content creation, photo/film shoots and liaising with production companies and partners.What we’re looking for:You’ll either be an Account Executive with minimum one years’ experience looking for your first Account Manager role or an Account Manager wanting to work in a small team and with a wide range of clients. Either way you’ll have experience of campaign driven work including promotions, branding, advertising, digital and social projects.Initially you’ll work alongside the Account Director as a support for a key retail client, however once you progress and confidence builds you’ll be responsible for handling other client projects.We’re looking for someone with proven experience of daily interactions with clients by email, phone and face to face including planning, attending and running meetings, creating weekly reports for clients along with setting and managing clients’ expectations. This should include writing and presenting engaging proposals to meet clients’ needs. Super organised and a good communicator, you’ll also administer invoicing and relevant paperwork.Your experience will include preparing and writing briefs, running status and contact reports, reviewing and critiquing concepts, managing workflow and helping to deliver projects as one team.This role will suit someone who is friendly, outgoing and commercial with a passion for the creative industry.
