The Role:Location: Remote with 2-3 days per month in their Sheffield officeSalary: £40-£60k basic salary (experience depending) + up to 20% OTEOur client is a fast growth AI driven SaaS organisation with global reach who are looking to strengthen their Account Management & Customer Success functions with the appointment of 2 Account Managers, who would take responsibility for a portfolio of existingcustomers.You will work closely with client stakeholders in a range of mid market - enterprise scale organisations with an international dimension across a wide range of industry verticals. Primary focus will be on driving organic growth across the portfolio via developingexceptional relationships, ultimately leading to renewal and new project opportunities for the range of services offered.The Person:Candidates should be experienced Account / Client Relationship Managers, with previous experience gained within a language / translation or localisation domain and strong alignment to technology and/or SaaS products and services.Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen are re-requisites for success in the role, Ideally with exposure to international / enterprise level clients, or clients with complex stakeholder interactions.
